Beta Disclaimer Additional Disclaimer for Beta Participants:

• You acknowledge that the Bot is currently in a beta phase and has not been released as a final, generally available product.

• The Bot may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system failures and the loss of data.

• The primary purpose of this beta is to obtain feedback on product performance and the identification of defects. Your participation helps improve the quality and stability of the final release.

Limitation of Liability $FLOKI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

No Investment Advice The Bot provides trading functionalities; however, $FLOKI does not offer investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Bot lawfully and in compliance with the applicable regulations.

• You are responsible for managing your own Telegram account and maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You will provide feedback on the Bot's functionality and report any issues or suggestions for improvement.

• Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in and to the Bot are owned by $FLOKI. Your use of the Bot does not grant you any rights in or to the intellectual property of the Bot.

Changes to Terms $FLOKI reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Termination $FLOKI may terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Panama without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acknowledgment of Risks You acknowledge that the Bot involves certain risks, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, and system failures. You agree that you fully understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from your use of the Bot during its beta phase.
